Another git process seems to...とかって出て、gitの操作ができない。

git rm xxxしようとしたら、↑こんなメッセージが出たので、rm .git/index.lockで解決。

何が原因か分からないのと、この解決法で良いものなのかもいまいち分からないが、とりあえずはgit rm可能になりました。
